1. Services with a service agreement

• Birth support is governed by the full service agreement, which you will receive by email after booking.

2. Other services

• Support meetings, thalassotherapy treatments, homeschool services and other services without prior agreement are subject to the fees and cancellation rules indicated when booking via Calendly.

3. Digital documents

• All documents purchased online (guides, fact sheets, downloadable resources) are non-refundable.

4. Privacy Policy

• The collection and processing of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy .

• The services offered are informative and provide emotional support, and in no way replace medical advice, treatment or intervention.
